Anita's Inn seems like a higher end hostel, certainly cleaner than those places we had been, and accomodating. The bilingual service is well appreciated. The staff are very hospitable and more educated than your typical backpacker place perhaps because you run into Spanish students from the partner school downstairs with a serious interest in culture and knowing Panama. Thank for the free salsa lesson, we enjoyed the moment...

I found it very quiet and relaxing and in the best neighborhood in Panama City. There were loads of great restaurants, coffee shops cines and bars. Lovely people and had the best success with my Spanish. Advanced more quickly than I thought. So nice that I am buying an apartment here. The school helped in this decision;the teachers nd staff were a great first start for knowing and understanding Panama.

Noisy location just across the street from a large construction site. I was staying there for Spanish school at the associated SpanishPanama. One day it was so noisy I literally felt I was being tortured. I had to leave my room and go sit in the park. My lessons that day were useless since I was so stressed by the noise. Management was willing to change my room in 3 days. I left.
